Bihar is a State that has been plagued with corruption and poor administration for decades, Therefore, any exercise that will result in change for the better must be encouraged. This must also be supported by robust law enforcement and a clean administration. The Election Commission of India must ensure that its special intensive revision of electoral rolls is a success.
